Mind map - thinking about where I get ideas from, what I have practiced and what I want to do next......
Want to do: Shapes, Flowers, Houses, Horses, Faces, animals, Robots.
Want to have and exhibition, carry on with my webpage and find a way to put my art on my Facebook page. Want to carry on doing and thinking about my artwork.
This is a picture of me
I am hold ing a print of my panda . It was quite good, I like the colours the y are bright - normally pandas arn't green.
Painting of a face
I did this on the iPad, using Brushes. I started with a picture from a book by Jawlensky which I photographed. I painted over the picture to make my own.
Coloured pencil drawings
This is Hardwick Hall. I traced it on tracing paper and coloured it in with pencils. Its quite good drawing like this.
More coloured pencil drawing
I drew this with pencil first, then pencil crayons afterwards. She is from a painting by Bonnard. Its quite colourful, I enjoyed doing the face and the body because it came alive.
What next?
After this project I would like to do some painting because I haven't done any at all - something new, perhaps watercolours. Small paintings of people. I would like to do paintings of famous people - Eastenders! I could paint people in their families. I am going to look in the library and on the internet for other artists who paint celebrities....
Rebecca
Rebecca
I drew this using tracing paper and coloured pencils. The title is 'Seaside' - it looks like the rocks by the sea. The Puffins are pretty, fluffy and they eat fish like Tuna, Trout, Carp and flat fish. I think it is colourful. Its an interesting picture.
I looked in the library for pictures of people but they didn't have any. I want to find lots of pictures of people.

'Tulips'
I had a bit of tracing paper and used pastels to make the picture on the left (from the picture on the right). They look a bit like poppies. Nice and colourful. I find it interesting, found it last week and looked forward to doing it this week.
Clock-face
I saw a picture in a book like this. First I drew the face and the clock. Then I looked on the internet for backgrounds. Then scanned my drawing. Put them together in layers in Photoshop. Then we cut the head out to see the music behind. I changed the eyes by copying one and putting it on the other side. Then the lips, then the nose. I think its a bit scary, it makes me laugh, the nose!.
